- Representing Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. against a claim for damages during dredging operations at the port of Mombasa.
- Advising on and enforcing recoveries on behalf of banks and other commercial institutions arising from securities & guarantees. Notable banks the firm acts for are Bank of Baroda (K) LTD, Prime Bank LTD, ABSA Kenya LTD, Guardian Bank, Stanbic Bank LTD and Bank of India.
- Involved in complex election disputes. It was part of the team that ably and successfully represented the country’s electoral body in the disputed 2013 presidential elections with an impeccable record of having been fully successful in all the matters handled and matters contested right up to the Supreme Court.
- Acting for and advising the Spedag Interfreight Group of companies on the successful recovery of an excess of US$2.5million under a breach of contract claim on account of monies owed for shipping and logistics services provided against two international companies which were placed in administration in their respective jurisdictions under insolvency proceedings.
- Successfully initiated and concluded litigation for various businesses against the tax authorities where they were faced with demands made in excess of KShs. 175million.
- Advised Kenya Ports Authority on the claim by The Dockworkers Union on account of pension contribution for a sum in excess of Kshs. 6.9billion. The litigation at the High Court was successfully defended.
- Represented clients on employment and pension disputes both in the High Court as well as the Supreme Court arising out of employments disputes.
