Holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of London and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. In 1997, Sanjeev was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, Law Society of Kenya, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya and is a certified mediator.
Sanjeev has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation and significant expertise particularly in commercial, construction and marine disputes. He has recently been invited to apply for inclusion on the database of arbitrators at the London Court of International Arbitration. Sanjeev has presented a number of papers on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Kenyan and international forums.
